Enliven Makes Key Moves to Support Growing Foodservice and Airport Practices

We’ve got big news in the Enliven world. Our account service team has just grown.

We recently celebrated the hire of two new key members of the Enliven team: Jackie Barnes and Kelsey Zeller. Both were brought on to serve our clients in the foodservice and airports industries, our two fastest growing practice areas. These newly created positions will ensure that we’re ready and able to serve all our clients with the same high-touch, professional care that current clients tell us they love.

Monica Harris, Account Executive, will now dedicate her time and attention exclusively to our healthcare business.

 

Foodservice Account Executive – Jackie Barnes

Jackie Barnes now serves as our Foodservice Account Executive. In this role, she’ll work hand in hand with Ben Kitay, Chief Negotiating Officer and Foodservice Practice Leader, and will be a key contact for all of our foodservice clients. She’ll have a role in creating our client’s RFP documents to present to Coca-Cola and PepsiCo, keeping big projects on track, supporting Ben in his negotiation consulting, ensuring beverage company payments are made accurately and on time, and communicating timely updates to all parties. Prior to joining our team, Jackie was a business owner at Jackie Barnes Consulting, where she served clients with digital marketing and strategic partnerships.

Aviation Account Executive – Kelsey Zeller

Kelsey Zeller now serves as our Aviation Account Executive. In this role, she’ll work hand in hand with Martin Strobel, Aviation Practice Leader, and Heather Neisen, Director of Account Services, and will be a key contact for all of our airport clients. She’ll have a role in coordinating discovery work and visioning sessions, creating our client’s RFP documents to present to Coca-Cola and PepsiCo, keeping big projects on track, supporting Martin in his consulting and Ben in his negotiation, performing regular account reviews with clients, ensuring beverage company payments are made accurately and on time and communicating timely updates to all parties. Prior to joining our team, Kelsey was an Account Executive at AMPERAGE Marketing and Fundraising, where she supported key accounts both domestically and internationally.
