Hospital beverage deals are surprisingly lucrative and surprisingly complex. Very, very few healthcare supply chain executives or CFOs have any experience in this particular niche.

Most hospital executives assume that their current GPO partner or their outsource cafeteria operators already have the best deals in place on all beverages.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Why do hospital systems hire us?
Our clients are often searching for significant and sustained operational savings. Many have already focused on their biggest savings opportunities and are now looking for annual savings in the range of $100,000 to $2,500,000 per year. We provide that.

In addition to savings, sometimes our clients are motivated to work with us because they are seeking much greater transparency and more accurate, detailed and actionable information specific to pricing, volumes, mix, spend and rebates within their food & beverage operations. We provide that, too.
